Little Blue Door Nursery   You are here: Home » Case Studies Detail

Project Brief:

Nestled in the heart of Chichester is a newly established nursery called Little Blue Door. With several years of experience managing nurseries, owner Lucy Collins wanted to create inspiring surroundings and wanted something which could be moved and changed by the children so that they could make decisions about how/what they wanted to play.

The brief for the nursery equipment centred around quality, flexibility, design and colour. KOMPAN visited Lucy and took her through a design process, discussing ages of children, how they wanted to use each space as well as delivery requirements.

The Result:

The finished nursery is truly beautiful, with well-planned zones for different activities. The nursery has a range of products, including the award winning FLEX product as well as tables and chairs, carpets and foam seating areas. Little Blue Door has already attracted a large number of new children.

"We are really thrilled with the new furniture. We have not opened yet but we recently held an open day for prospective parents and they all commented on how furniture reflected on the quality of the surroundings in the may be more expensive but it is clearly built to last a long time so is worth the investment.

We would have no hesitation in recommending KOMPAN Indoor."
